ScotSectorlink services
Adoption of the ScotSectorlink (SSL) approach to enabling low-cost ways to link education, businesses and residents, will:

1. Help establish locally-owned competitions which forge links across generations, sectors and disciplines while also raising awareness of the changing economic climate. If you are from a specific industry or the wider care sector or wish to support economic development in a specific industry/sector

2. Inform continuing professional development (CPD)-related services, on why and how to embed low-cost collaboration between education and business.

3. Encourage public funding performance measures so that all economic development programmes assist the creation of low-cost links. This is essential as wide areas of Scotland depend upon an economy of ‘small and medium-sized enterprises’, many of which may have long-term capacity but at a scale which does not generally attract joint-working with agencies.
